  • General weather policy at GrindersKC is that all events are held rain or shine, except for severe or dangerous developing weather events. Keep an eye on our site & social media throughout the day for any weather updates, cancellation, or venue change.

  • Yes. Tickets can be purchased inside the restaurant. Any staff member is able to help facilitate ticket purchases.

    These tickets will have a $3 box office fee, are physical tickets that are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-REPLACEABLE. A 3% credit card fee will be applied if purchased with a credit card.

    On the day-of the event, if the event is not sold out, tickets will be available for purchase at the box office (located at the northwest corner of the venue)

    Otherwise, tickets can be purchased from the event’s page on our site.

  • Located next door to Grinders Pizza at 419 East 18th Street.

    Our Preferred Viewing Packages generally include: early access, a dedicated entrance, access to an air conditioned lounge w/ private restrooms, a private bar, a preferred viewing area at the main stage, & a viewing deck.

    The viewing deck is also available for private party rentals during shows.

    Please note, these arrangements are subject to change on a show-by-show basis

    • One factory-sealed water bottle, up to 1 liter in volume per person

    • Non-aerosol sunscreen & bug spray

    • Non-professional cameras (no cameras with detachable lenses are allowed)

    • Small purses, bags, & drawstring bags (no backpacks)

    • No tarps/blankets/towels

    • No lawn chairs or outdoor furniture

    • No outside food

    • No professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses

    • No recording devices (unless approved by tour / artist)

    • No glass or metal containers

    • No liquor or drugs

    • No noisemakers or laser pointers

    • No weapons of any kind

    • No vehicles (except those required by the disabled)

    • No animals (except service animals)

    • No picnic baskets, lunch boxes or coolers

    • No radios, tape and video recorders

    • No BBQ grills

    • No umbrellas

    • No strollers and/or toys that create a disturbance

    • No inflatable furniture

    • No selfie sticks or GoPro cameras

    • No chain wallets

    • No hula hoops, poi or flowtoys

    • No pyrotechnics and fireworks

  • Grinders does not offer any parking.

    Parking is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

    Grinders is not associated with any 3rd party parking services, either street parking or in a parking lot.

    Grinders is not responsible for any towing of vehicles.

    Grinders does not own any parking lots or parking spots.

  • Yes. There is seating available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are picnic tables on the north side of the venue, closest to the restaurant, as well as bleachers located on the west side of the venue.

  • Yes. Wheelchairs can access the venue from the west, east, and through the restaurant. Once inside the venue, there are plenty of paved areas accessible via wheelchair.

  • Yes. Most of our concerts are all-ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please check if the concert you are attending is an all-ages event. Children should have ear protection when attending. Children under 5 do not require a ticket for entry.

  • Yes. The Grinders restaurants (East & West) are open during concerts. You do not need a concert ticket to gain entry to the restaurants. However, seating may be limited with the increased capacity from the concert goers.

  • We strive to provide the very best live music experience in a friendly, safe, affordable & enjoyable outdoor environment.

    Currently, there are no COVID restrictions being imposed on the GrindersKC venue by any governmental agency. Check this site & our social media regularly as conditions can & will change quickly in our efforts to keep everyone safe.
